Firstly thankyou to the developer(s)
Consider submitting a scoop "app manfest file" to make it even easier for windows users to install xxhsum
scoop [1] is a package manager for windows that automates the version checking, downloading, installing in a portable way for unprivileged users and doing the the install/update.
It could go into the scoop extras bucket perhaps.

That's a nice suggestion.
I presume it implies that the manifest file will be hosted at https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/tree/master/bucket .
So the request is for someone to redact the file and submit a PR to https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras.
On top of that, there might also be a question of maintenance of the file afterwards, to update the manifest when things change (for example when a new version is released).
