Problem
archive.org recently locked all ps4-fpkg-collection downloads behind a login
wall (as of ~March 20, 2026). The PS4 cannot authenticate with archive.org
so all existing GAMES.json files using archive.org links are completely broken
for everyone right now.
Proposed Solution
Add support for custom HTTP headers or cookies in the config.json so FPKGi
can authenticate with hosts that require login.
Example config.json addition:
{
"DOWNLOAD_HEADERS": {
"Cookie": "logged-in-user=1; logged-in-sig=xxxxxxx",
"Authorization": "Bearer xxxxxxx"
}
}
These headers would be injected into every download request FPKGi makes.
Why this is important
and everything works again instantly
How to get archive.org cookie
User logs into archive.org on browser, copies session cookie,
pastes it into config.json once. Done.
This would instantly fix the problem for the entire community 🙏

I'll maybe add this, but unsure as I have no interest in the project anymore and I don't condone piracy- which is all of what this stems from. This affects users who pirate and don't use the app properly.
Fixed and will push when I got time and ready.
