Suggested enhancement

Add test_psa_crypto_without_heap component in components-configuration-crypto.sh. Component equivalent to the one in MbedTLS. In MbedTLS the component uses the libtestdriver1 library as built by tests/Makefile. This library does not exist in TF-PSA-Crypto and dispatch tests are done by a test driver derived from drivers/builtin and generated by the CMake build system (see for example the component test_accel_ecc_all in components-configuration-crypto.sh.

Justification

TF-PSA-Crypto needs this to test crypto without heap.

### Suggested enhancement Add test_psa_crypto_without_heap component in components-configuration-crypto.sh. Component equivalent to the one in MbedTLS.
