TF-M's configuration files include headers from the standard C library. See for example
crypto_config_default.hat line 266 release tag 2.3.0.When
tf_psa_crypto_config.cis compiled, it includesbuild_info.hwhich itself includes the configuration file. Withouttf_psa_crypto_platform_requirements.hbeing also included beforebuild_info.h,STDC_WANT_LIB_EXT1won't be defined and build error will appear.
