We never test partial builds of sha3.c: with SHA3 but not SHAKE, or with SHAKE but not SHA3.

From outcome analysis (if it was not suppressed):

Error: Test case not executed: test_suite_config.crypto_combinations;Config: built-in SHA3: no SHAKE
Error: Test case not executed: test_suite_config.crypto_combinations;Config: built-in SHA3: no hash
