We should support the mldsa-native option MLD_CONFIG_REDUCE_RAM, for systems where RAM usage is more important than performance. Note that this is orthogonal with https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/TF-PSA-Crypto/issues/645, which moves the bulk of the stack usage to a global buffer.
