Hey, first off great work and thanks for putting this tool together. I'm running it on macOS apple silicon. I've been making a few changes here and there in the swift code to get it to run well on my machine, one glaring thing I noticed was that the CreateTOCFile function here only runs on the Disc1 cue file, regardless of how many disks are loaded.

I'm still a bit fresh to the ps4 homebrew scene so I could be mistaken, but is this intended? I don't have an immediate way to check as I'd need to get to disc2 of a game to see in practice. If not, seems like an easy enough fix to do on my own, so just looking to hear back from you on whether each disc needs a toc file!
