Can't select CUE file for PS1 BIN to ISO #2

Clicking browse to select a CUE file in the PS1's BIN to ISO menu does nothing nor does it work for the Select a destination section.

Clicking Browse to select the BIN file works, just not the other 2 BROWSE buttons.

The Convert to ISO button also does not work.
