In order to play PS1 games in VCD format you will need to have POPStarter installed on your HDD.

You can get the required POPS binaries from here: https://github.com/AnimMouse/POPS-binaries

How to install POPStarter

  1. Create a directory named "POPS" in the __common partition of your HDD -> hdd:/__common/POPS/
  2. Paste POPS.ELF and IOPRP252.IMG into the created “POPS” directory.
