The option to ignore CRC mismatches in ROM Patcher is a very important feature. For example if you are patching multiple patches onto one game this will not work if you can't get beyond the CRC warning as whatever patch would be applied second will say the CRC does not match the base game because you patched it. Many patches are compatible with others and not being able to disable the CRC check means you'd need another patching program that has it to apply those patches.

Also the ability to patch .SSP (Sega Saturn Patches) and .PPF (Playstation Patch Format) files is currently not covered.
