If I delete the game from the external drive, move it to the internal drive, reboot, and load it using ShadowMountPlus, the game is detected but fails to run. Even if I delete the game (which leaves behind a gray icon) or reinstall the game to the internal drive after a database rebuild, it still won't run. How can I successfully migrate these games? FW12.0

Your external should be exfat. Your internal should be ffpkg. Use dump2ufs to make an internal image from exfat dump.

No need to delete the game. Just disconnect external. Your shortcuts on the home screen will now point to internal after shadowmount is run again.

It's possible the games aren't launching due to issues with deleting icons on firmware 12+. I'll work on it this weekend.

There is no such requirement. Images can be in any format on any drive. Use exfat for games that don't normally run from a folder on the internal drive (due to registry issues). Otherwise, use ffpkg created using the command in readme.md in ufs2tool 4.1 (cli!).
