This is not planned, but maybe someone will do a port much like https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/AvaloniaEdit was done by a third-party.

There is also a discussion worth reading here: https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/discussions/7114. Microsoft.Maui.Graphics though might be a viable ticket.
