I am running into an issue where updating the ICompletionData.Description dynamically via the CompletionList.SelectedItemChanged event does not reflect properly in the user interface. After setting the description in the event handler it is not reflected in the userinterface until the currently selected item is unselected and then reselected. I have implemented INotifyPropertyChanged on my ICompletionData class and still face this issue. It seems like the description should be databound to the tooltip so changes will be reflected automatically.

I need to wire up the description dynamically because the default completion list from the typescript language service do not include any description information. Looking this information up when the completion data is returned is expensive and is a performance bottle neck. Any work around to this or a fix would be much appreciated. Thanks.
