PS5 FW 11.40
Payload Manager v0.5.0 and previous versions
NanoDNS v0.3
Repository URL resolves successfully to GitHub Pages IPv4 addresses
Cloud Repository always fails with:
curl_easy_perform failed: Timeout was reached
PS5 is not routed through VPN
System date is correct

Please provide a diagnostic build with:
CURLOPT_IPRESOLVE = CURL_IPRESOLVE_V4
CURLOPT_HTTP_VERSION = CURL_HTTP_VERSION_1_1
CURLOPT_VERBOSE = 1
and CURLINFO_PRIMARY_IP / CONNECT_TIME / APPCONNECT_TIME logging.

Your nanodns.log shows itsplk.github.io resolving correctly, but no queries for payload download domains. This means curl is timing out when fetching the initial repository list.

This timeout could be caused by a number of things on your local network, your router, your ISP, or potentially a background payload interfering with the connection (e.g., an IPv6 timeout issue).

Please try two things to help narrow this down:

  1. Try opening the payload repository URL on another device (like a phone or PC) connected to the exact same network to see if it loads successfully.
  2. Test it without loading NanoDNS (or any other similar payloads).

Closing as cannot reproduce. If you can provide the test results requested above showing this is actually a Payload Manager bug, we can reopen it.
