Using tomcrypt.lib in windows VS and calling
rsa_make_key(NULL, find_prng("sprng"), 1024 / 8, 65537, &key)
or ecc_make_key() crashing in ltc_mp_init()

I guess you forgot setting an MPI provider!?

Please check Ch. "Math Descriptors" of the developer manual.

Since CI on Windows is working properly I'm closing this as invalid.
