I have a test application that is using both tinyusb_device and tinyusb_host along with Pico-PIO-USB and it's working fine.

I'm not sure why the guards were there in the first place or if it used to not work but tinyusb/sdio_usb have resolved their differences and the guards are now unnecessary.
