Delete branch "update_extern_c_ignore"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Add some missing extern_c wrappers to some header files.
Update the script to make checking the exclude list easier.
Should we (also) add some kind of GitHub CI workflow for this, so that it gets run for every PR (and thus preventing any "bad" headers from getting merged in future) ?
That's the plan
