pico-sdk/src/rp2_common/pico_fix/rp2040_usb_device_enumeration/rp2040_usb_device_enumeration.c has a few functions that might not be used, depending on whether PICO_RP2040_B0_SUPPORTED or PICO_RP2040_B1_SUPPORTED is defined.
Compiling with -Wall will cause compiler warning noise.
(fix is simple, pr incoming...)
