Describe the bug
The Chiaki Flatpak is using an EOL runtime:

Info: runtime org.kde.Platform branch 6.9 is end-of-life, with reason:
   We strongly recommend moving to the latest stable version of the Platform and SDK

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Try to install or update chiaki-ng
Notice EOL runtime or
Get no results in frontends that do not show apps that stopped receiving updates, for example Bazaar

Expected behavior
chiaki-ng should use a maintained runtime.
