The service can be triggered manually at back office -> Localization -> Currencies.

Currently, Fixer.io is out of service (for our API), but there is no indication it isn't working. The exception at https://github.com/thirtybees/fixerio/blob/master/fixerio.php#L107 gets handled, but doesn't send a message to the user.
