No longer host PSA API specifications in this repository. Redirect to the official host (for HTML pages only).

Do keep redirections because for a long time, https://armmbed.github.io/mbed-crypto/ was where people went for the PSA Crypto API specification in HTML form. We'll keep the redirections for a while to give people time to update bookmarks and links.
