The original implementation terminated the update process whenever an expected title ID was missing the required CONTENT_VERSION or VERSION_FILE_URI entries. Since conn.commit() was executed only after all titles had been processed, any successful updates made prior to the failure were lost. This behavior was observed in environments containing only a subset of the expected title IDs. The updated implementation replaces the termination logic with a skip mechanism (continue), allowing processing to proceed for remaining titles. In addition, successful updates are now committed immediately after each title is processed, ensuring that valid changes are preserved regardless of subsequent failures.
