Description

Please write a few sentences describing the overall goals of the pull request's commits.

To implements Mbed-TLS issue https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls/issues/9344 psa_pake_set_context() to be used to that a SPAKE2+ operation can store the optional context string supplied during collect-input stage.
