Release synchronization input PR. It is meant to align the inputs for the creation of the joint release of MbedTLS 4.2.0, MbedTLS 4.1.1, MbedTLS 3.6.7 and TF-PSA-Crypto 1.2.0 and TF-PSA-Crypto 1.1.1
