- Use packed attribute in structs in cdvd_config.h
- Replace constants in imgdrv by searching instead of hardcoded offsets
- Optimize strncmp with a constant string to strcmp

- Don't write history to ps1 cards
- Get console region at autoLaunch init for ps2logo decryption
- Mode 1 values adjustment
- OSD Language configuration
Other Adjustements:
- Makefile now compiles 'all'.
- 'Improve texture loading' got some adjustements to work with this build.
- This release now contains the packed ELF file, this reduces the file size from 3,65 MB to 1,06 MB.
