Adds Prospero Multi Tools (PPSA99110) from https://github.com/SvenGDK/Prospero-Multi-Tools.

Native PS5 app: sce_sys/param.json at v1 has titleId PPSA99110 and titleName Prospero Multi Tools (contentId UP9000-PPSA99110_00-PROSPEROMULTITLS). The README says ProsperoMultiTools.zip is "the homebrew app itself as a signed folder module ready to install on the console", to be copied to /data/homebrew/PPSA99110 and installed with dump_installer.

Release: v1 (release, published 2026-09-25), file ProsperoMultiTools.zip (chosen with --asset; the release also has EmulatorPack.zip, which isn't listed), GitHub digest checked by catalog verify.

Judgment fields:

  • kind: tool, because it's a backup manager and toolkit.
  • description: from the README's summary. It mentions the unjail payload because the README's "What you need" says the app can't reach storage without it.
  • author: SvenGDK, the account name; the README doesn't credit a different name.
  • license: GPL-3.0, detected by GitHub.

Notes for the reviewer:

  • Approved in scope by the maintainer despite the runbook's backup-manager stop condition.
  • Only the app file is listed. The separate EmulatorPack.zip contains emulator folders named after commercial PS2 games (BULLY, JAK, MANHUNT, …); the catalog doesn't link it.
  • Requires the unjail payload (https://github.com/SvenGDK/unjail-ps5app-payload) once per boot; the app page now tells users to read the release notes and documentation first.
