Adds support for PS5.

  • PS5 initialization, controller input, and on-screen keyboard integration.
  • Loading fonts, application resources, and translations
  • SDL/NanoVG rendering changes for display resolution handling and HDR output.
  • Image upload limits, texture caching, and resource cleanup to support 60FPS UI

Includes regression tests for display handling, image and texture lifetimes, caching and threading.
Hardware testing was completed through Switchfin on PS5 (other clients not tested)
