James Churchill 44f4258ae8 Fix bitrate issues with broadcast.sh, clean up intermediate files 
Was trying to cram 6Mbit down a 5.8Mbit pipe! :) Now calculates the
channel capacity and sets the muxer to output 95% of that.
Moved all the fifos and generated files into subdirs.

README 

Encapsulates the h.264 annex B video stream from raspivid into a MPEG-2 PES stream. From there you can use the OpenCaster tools to generate MPEG-TS streams.

Usage: ./esvideorpi2pes <filename> <fps> [stream_id]

Output goes to stdout, so pipe it to a file or fifo.
