Overall, cursor movement and rectangular selection are now more consistent with other text editors.

When pressing Left or Right caret will be moved to edge of selection as in any other text editor;
When pressing Left or Right with rectangular selection it shrinks to zero width on expected side as in Rider or VS Code;
When pressing Left or Right with zero-width rectangular selection it moves to specified direction;
Escape key bound to ClearSelection as in Rider and VS Code.
