It seems the eboot dlc patch would cause frozen screen and then KPs on 7.61. I have tried two samples: CUSA47038 and CUSA36986.

The CUSA36986 klogs:

Yes, I can also confirm DLC patcher doesn't work on firmware 7.61. It always kernel panic when I launch a game. Some people on R&D Discord server have reported the same issue.

I also get a kp with cusa18723 and cusa28863 (Elden Ring). The firmware is also 7.61 and i tried it with different versions of the game. It ends always with a kernel panic.
