Description

Mostly unused parameter warnings. Also fixes an initialization ordering
warning and incomplete switch warning.

Motivation and Context

How Has This Been Tested?

It still runs on linux.

Thanks for this, I had been meaning to track these down and clean them up. I'll test on Windows and macOS and merge.
