7.1.13 is EOL: tested 7.2.5, 7.2.6 and 7.2.7, stable af.

Faced the moal issue @shcheglovnd decribed in his two commits and tested his fixes;
Update the code to respect linux 7.2.y mandatory changes with additional dedicated patch;
todo:
- enable 7.2.y patch by default;
- update Readme;
