Delete branch "add_disable_funcs"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
We have functions to "enable" STA/AP modes, so add versions that do the opposite.

Rebased on the tip - now just adds cyw43_arch_disable_sta_mode
