Add displayTargetAutoInverseTonemap and displayTargetPeakHdrOnly settings (Settings/QmlSettings) with controls in DisplaySettingsDialog.

Target Peak HDR Only: apply the manually configured target peak only when the client display is actually HDR (pl_color_space_is_hdr on the swapchain color space); otherwise fall back to automatic.

Auto inverse tone-mapping: enable libplacebo inverse_tone_mapping when an effective target peak is set.

Use PL_COLOR_TRC_* transfer enum for the HDR transfer check.
