Thank you very much for the pull request. While the solution was certainly valid, this problem got solved by introducing a build script common to all modules in thirty bees core, which filters away the uppercase version: https://github.com/thirtybees/thirtybees/blob/1.0.x/tools/buildmodule.sh#L196

I just checked, the v1.4.0 release already has only the lowercase one.
