Description

Move v1 impl into uuid::v1
Rename UuidV1ClockSequence -> UuidClockSequence
Rename UuidV1Context -> UuidContext
Added UuidClockSequence, UuidContext to the prelude

Motivation

Part of the great refactor effort

Tests

All tests passing, no new tests needed
